Kim teaches us to rise above fear by raising our vibrational energy. The book contains different soul kits to teach you how to do so by meditation, etc...
She teaches us to find our own worth, find our God-Center, find our own authority and true self. She teaches us that love is the highest vibrational energy there is, and that God is love. To raise our vibrations and shine our soul-light, we need to watch what we say and do. All negative thoughts and actions lower our vibrations. We need to surrender, let go of control, and let our soul take the lead. She talks about how important it is to forgive yourself and others, to breathe, laugh, and give thanks,, and to be charitable. All these things will bring us closer to God.

She touches on sacred patterns of the universe, the flower, and the tree of life, feng shui, numerology, and astrology.

She leans heavily into The Law of Attraction, The Law of Polarity, and The Law of Balance.

Those to whom this is relatively new. Those looking to learn how to raise their vibrational energy. It does contain some things I don't agree with, such as a spirit talking through her husband.

The fact that she hammers home that showing love is getting closer to God and that God is love.

That she condones a spirit speaking through her husband.

If you're not relatively new to all of this. I found it a bit redundant, only because this was mainly old news to me.
