Summary of this Book...
This is an interesting and, at times, funny, story of a good princess, an egotistical dragon, and an idiot prince.
This type of Book is good for...
People who like stories about powerful girls/women, dragons, and/or applied psychology.
I especially liked... | ||
I liked Elizabeth, particularly her tenaciousness, quick thinking, and her decision at the end of the book. I also liked the artwork. I thought the dragon was well done. Granted, I'm partial to dragons.
I didn't like... | ||
The big issue for me with this book was that if a dragon had burned up everything else wearable.. how on earth would a paper bag survive? That'd be one of the first things to burn up, I'd think. But I guess it was needed for the story, given the title and all. Though I noticed some people commenting on Amazon that this "isn't the full book" so maybe the full book tells how this paper bag survived the dragon's fire. Also, while it was clever of Elizabeth to drain the dragon the way she did, I wished 150 forests didn't have to get burned down to do it.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Help Elizabeth find a worthy fiance.
This Book made me feel...
I laughed a few times. I was glad at Elizabeth's decision at the end and rather incredulous as to the prince's reaction to her heroism.
I recommend this Book because...
It was a fun read. | ||
