Three women are attached to a woman who dies in a nursing home. One works there and the other two are friends. After the death they grow attached to each other and solve a mystery along the way.

The pace of this book is much too hurried. I loved Pickle the Dog and Miss Trudy. The rest of them moved way to fast with everything they did. The confrontation/climax was absurd for intelligent people.

The book felt like Ms. Frank had to rush it out. I liked the relationships and the observational humor, but this wasn't one of her best. I read it all, but ended up feeling like I'd wasted some time.
