I love the Beatles. I last saw this movie, probably around 40 years ago.

I saw it was restored and wanted to watch it and see how it held up so I bought it. Boy, am I glad I did.

Loved it and all the fun of the James Bond-ish plot. It is a lot of action and music and the film makers were way ahead of their time.

The restoration is remarkable - be sure and watch the Special Featues about the painstaking way this movie was brought back to life after all this time.

I still love them all, mostly John, just like back then. I felt like screaming myself when they started singing.

The parts with the guns and violence were sad to watch - I hadn't watched this since before John Lennon was killed. This was a simpler and happier time, before Vietnam and when middle eastern villains weren't such a reality in the world.

It's a lovely fairy tale set to music and way ahead of its day.
