Summary of this Book...
Of Moths and Butterflies, is the first book in the Metamorphosis series by V. R. Christensen. I found the beginning boring and tedious to read, but then, I read to the end to see if there would be any surprises or twists. There were none. I also found the actions of the characters in many places pretty contradictory; Imogen's uncle, on his deathbed suddenly reforms and wills everything he has to his niece, who is the reason why he is on his deathbed in the first place. Mr. Wyndham worried that Bess is ill, yet treating her as if he is not aware that she is ill. There were just too many contradictions in the story.
I didn't like... | ||
The Author's constant reference to moths and butterflies in the story as if seeking justification for the use as a title.
