This type of Book is good for...
All. Art Therapy and coloring isn't just for those that need to relax and be a kid at art. Art and coloring is usable for the mind and soul.
I especially liked...
Its detailed but simple.

I am a big believer in art therapy.

If one hasn't done any adult coloring books then this is one to start with.
