A cute story for wee ones with the same characters as in the author's book "Clip Clop." Cat, Dog, Pig, and Duck go on a boat ride with Mr. Horse. A big wave appears, getting bigger and bigger and bigger! They are all knocked off the boat and Mr. Horse takes them back to the beach. Just like in "Clip Clop," they want to go again.

Toddlers, Preschoolers

The repetitive words are fun to read to the little ones. You could also add some songs and activities with this book.

I felt like the part all the animals fall out of the little boat and into the sea, after being hit with the big wave, might be a little scary for the wee ones. Maybe not... but I do know some children that it might bother.
