Things start getting a lot more tense as only six girls are left in the competition to be Prince Maxon's queen. America begins to fall for Maxon, but she questions whether he really feels the same.

Entertainment. Romance-lovers with a little bit of dystopian thrown in.

I feel like the dystopian element is becoming more and more pronounced as this series continues and the society that Prince Maxon's parents rule over is beginning to crumble.

The love triangle is even more pronounced in this one. The petty fighting and bitching between the girls is also highly annoying, but, to be honest, it's probably what it would be like in reality. Keira Cass also dragged the Selection process out for three damn books! Wow.

Read the next one and I did! My review for the third book will be up shortly.

Keira Cass - I really like the first person POV that makes the reader really involved in the story. The writer's style also enables that with ease.
