This book is an amazing easy to follow unique perspective on how to become aware of and Live Your own truth. Dain speaks honestly and directly to us giving questions and ideas to uncover our limitations in every area of life--being, relationships, money, work etc. The tools and processes can apply to everyone who seeks new possibilities. The main concept is that Conscious awareness is the key to joy and ease in living.

It is applicable to anyone who is breathing really. It is very different and will appeal to those who really desire dynamic change and may feel out of sync or wierd in this reality or who see things aren't working and seek a new approach. It offers a challenge!

I enjoyed the author's open direct yet caring tone and thought provoking questions that opened up my mind to possibilities! I keep rereading and noting pragmatic questions that apply to me.

Read it again and Use the questions he presented and share them with other people; we are so much more than our mind thinks.
