Summary of this Book...
This is a book by an author who typically sets her books in the Baltimore area. I am from Maryland/DC so am familiar with the area and enjoy her books. This particular one is set in Baltimore and is about a wife who leaves her husband, taking her 3 children with her. Her husband is very religious and Jewish and that figures into the plot. She runs away with a man who has been in her life for a while. Detective, Tess Monaghan, works on the case. This is a regular series and this book is in the middle of the series, but you don't (apparently) have to read them in order to follow the action. I had no problem.
This type of Book is good for...
anyone who enjoys a good mystery.
I especially liked... | ||
the twist at the end about the relationship between Mark and Zeke. I didn't see that coming.
The author of this Book...
knows how to weave the suspense into the story.
I recommend this Book because...
it was a pretty fast read - I read it in about 2 days.
