Summary of this Book...
Five friends from childhood are split apart by a tragic event. Years later they are brought together again by another tragic even - the death of the youngest member of the group. The reunion forces them to face the horrible thing that happened years ago.
This type of Book is good for...
anyone who enjoys a pretty good mystery.
I especially liked... | ||
that it is set in Baltimore Maryland. I think all her books are in Maryland.
I didn't like... | ||
the fact that the victim from years ago was black. I thought this was an afterthought and gratuitious use of race that didn't really fit. It didn't matter to the children surely.
The author of this Book...
tells a good story although I did not like this as much as the first one of hers that I read, which is called "I'd Know You Anywhere."
I recommend this Book because...
it is a pretty compelling and relatively fast read.
