A man is sent away from his wife and child, as a power-mad judge wants to be with her. Upon his return, the man is misled, believing his wife dead. Teaming up with a poor meat pie sales woman, he murders a variety of people, believing them all to be scum, but secretly just waiting until the judge takes his chair...
Meanwhile, all those he kills are simply ground up and fed to her customers in pies.
