A wonderful book telling us about the journey of a young sheperd boy, Santiago who dreamt of a buried treasure. Along his adventure, he learns lots of things about life, grow up and become wise in the ways of the world!

People who love to dream... It tells us that it's okay to take action to make our hearts' desires come true!

Fatima, the girl he met at the oasis! I love her character because she was very supportive about Santiago's dream even though there wasn't any proof that the treasure really did exist.

Believe that all dreams can come true (realistic ones, of course!) if we put our mind and heart into taking action to achieve them!

The writer has woven a great story about dreams and faith! I'm sure hopeful hearts can relate!
