It helps focus one's writing when targeting screenplays. There are a lot of great examples given. There are also some easy and fun writing exercises.

It's a really a great book. It inspires creativity. The writing is sharp and crisp and it's easy reading that will hold the author/reader's attention. If you are interested in tackling screenplays, take a look at this book.
