Summary of this Book...
This book has history, drama, romance, a lovely writing style and a lot of adventure. The first person account of Hugh who is chasing villains across the European continent to save his wife is lovable and by all literary accounts, entertaining. There is blood and gore, but, considering that the story is written against the backdrop of the Crusades, that is understandable, and adds suspense and mystery to the tale. I recommend this historical drama for everyone with a 18+ rating. Not for the faint-hearted and not for children. As against the ground-swell of people who think this book is not readable, it is. It is immensely readable and enjoyable.
