Summary of this Book...
Cameron and Sonia are not the most likely pair of best friends, but when they meet at age 14, they are inseparable. Cameron is the only one to know of Sonia’s dyscalculation which sparks bouts of abuse from her mother, a French teacher at their school. Sonia tells no one about the mild abuse since the emotion of it all has her believing that she truly is stupid. Cameron helps her escape into the life a 14-year-old should really have and the two are conjoined until college. Cameron, without looking back, leaves Sonia stranded at a gas station, driving away and leaving her for dead. Sonia had previously confessed to sleeping with Owen, Cameron’s boyfriend, while Cameron had been away from the dorms. This even rips the two apart for what seems like forever.

Cameron receives a letter in the mail nearly 10 years later from Sonia, announcing her wedding and asking for and forgiveness. At the same time, the man Cameron works for, Oliver, passes away, leaving her one task to complete to honor him. Knowing of the history between Cameron and Sonia, Oliver sends Cameron off to deliver a package that must reach Sonia before her wedding. His instructions are simple, but the task for Cameron is terrible.

Cameron ventures off to honor Oliver’s last wish and Sonia slips into hiding. The two finally meet up and years of hurt and anger are unleashed, battled out, and healed – but not in the way the reader most expects.
I especially liked...
The honesty of Cameron's character in her emotions and her portrayal.
I didn't like...
The ending. It is almost too ambiguous, but the majority of the book is pleasent.
This Book made me feel...
Sentimental, reminiscent, angry and loved.
Further Comments...
I was slightly dissapointd with this book, but I would still recommend giving it a read. The relationships are so real and the lies are unravled in such a beautiful way.
