This type of Book is good for...
The Kirrin children, Julian, Dick, Anne and their tomboyish cousin George; short for Georgina, are typically British and yet display a universal quality that children from around the world can relate to. I like their enthusiasm for being outdoors under the sun and fresh air. I also like the healthy homemade meals they munch on. This is a good example for children today who prefer to spend more time indoors and eat junk food. I also like the sense of confidence these children display. Overall the book is good for growing children to perfect their reading skills.
