A virtual thesaurus of human characteristics - both physical and psychological. It describes things like bad vices, occupations, and ailments. It shows you how to properly express emotions such as anger, happiness, pain, lust, etc.. It even describes dress and hair styles -- a must-have guide for fleshing out your characters.

Breathing life into your characters, making them more believable and sympathic, or untrustworthy and evil.
I especially liked...
The name dictionary at the end, based on ethnicity and the hair and eye color index.
