Understanding the Koran is a means to find out how the Qu'ran resembles the Bible. It gives a comparison between the two and explains its differences and likenesses, while explaining many of the fundamentals of Islam and giving a very in-depth history of both Islam and Muhammad.

This book is good Christians who are curious to learn more about the Islamic religion, while finding a way to relate it to their own religion.

I liked that it explained many things in the Qu'ran that I was not able to understand from other books that I read that were more Islam geared.

I didn't like that the premise of this book was to learn about the Qu'ran in order to be able to better convert Muslims to Christianity. I also didn't like that the author stated that Islam was an ignorant Christianity. I felt that the author should have been more open minded and less offensive in this manner.

After reading this book, I wanted to ponder the many arguments that the author poses between the two religions. He was very convincing in some ways.

I felt confused after reading it, because as a Christian with Muslim friends, I did not know how to present what I had learned without sounding as offensive as the author had.

The author did a very good job explaining the differences and similarities, but did not take the time to do so in a sensitive manner.

I recommend this book for Christians who are curious to learn about the Islamic religion and also have something to base the learning off of.

I don't recommend this book if you aren't able to read through it with an open mind or get offended by what the author says.
