This is the most complete and comprehensive biography I have read, regarding John Ronald Reuel Tolkien's life and work. Humphrey Carpenter -the biographer- had full access to Tolkien's papers and feedback by Tolkien's family. It is written in a very pleasant way that doesn't make the reader tired. It flows like a well written story! | ||
