Brilliant and hilarious! Chuck Palahniuk's searingly funny, sad, convoluted, and disturbing story of cosmetic surgery, sex change operations, and lots and lots of prescription drugs.

People who like satires, black humor, and Brandi Alexanders.

The Queen Supreme, Brandi Alexander. She's the best character in the story, perfectly written and wonderful.

Truthfull, I didn't not like anything in the book. This is possibly Palahniuk's best work, and that's saying something.

Go out and by a lot of make-up.

Awesome! Palahniuk's books leave you feeling high after the climax...or anti-climax. The endings are always so weird, and yet so correct that you are left gasping for air.

It is twisting, convoluted, weird, and so natural. Palahniuk never hides details from you to keep you guessing, instead he just changes the rules mid-sentence and makes you keep up.

There is no reason you shouldn't read this book, unless you have a problem with people getting their jaw shot off...

I would recommed everyone read all of Chuck Palahniuk's six novels. They are all excellent reads that will keep you wondering long after you finished them "how can this guy think this stuff up?"
