Summary of this DVD... | ||
Chronicles the intricate and insane lives of The Griffins. The trials and tribulations of this clan include Peter confronting his phallic shortcoming, Stewie trying to eliminate Peter's foul sperm so he can remain the center of Louise's affections and Brian's battle with cocaine addiction after taking a job as a drug sniffing dog. There is now way to put into words the affect these show has had on me and my personal life. There is no greater testament to the human heart than ... err ... wait, wait, wait. I can't continue with a straight face. The only way to understand the greatness that is Family Guy is to buy the box set and enjoy the episodes over and over again. Definitely the edgiest and funniest show to ever grace the small screen.
This type of DVD is good for...
Folks who like a good guffaw or a knee-slappin' good time.
I especially liked... | ||
Stewie singing Elton John's Rocketman in the episode entitled "And the Weiner Is". In fact, every scene featuring this pint-sized Napoleon who sounds remarkably like Rex Harrison is hilarious. He is like what Cartman is to South Park. Also, Peter's vivid imagination is a thing of beauty. You'll laugh until you pee with every single pop culture reference.
When I finished viewing this DVD I wanted to...
Write to Fox and ream them for taking this fantastic and imaginative series.
I recommend this DVD because...
Family Guy will no longer be on the air and this is the best way to enjoy this comedic gem.
