is spectacular. Ben Vereen as the Leading Player is amazing. William Katt shines as Pippin. Also Chita Rivera and Martha Raye add to the magnificence of a winning cast. | ||

This is a brilliant, fabulous, impressive musical, now successfully put into disc. No wonder it won so many Tony's. I had missed seeing it during its run on Broadway in the eighties. This DVD made up for that in a stunning way. | ||
