Summary of this Book...
People. "Night Shift" is the first Stephen King book that I ever read, and I've read a lot more of his work since. Being the first time I'd read Stephen King's work, "Night Shift," will forever be my favorite book of his (Though "It" and "The Stand" are tied for a very close second).
I especially liked... | ||
Since this is a book of very good short stories, it's hard to choose a favorite part, but all these years later I still remember feeling exactly like the teenage boy who had to make beer runs for his graying father in "Gray Matter."
I didn't like... | ||
That the book ended. | ||
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Thank Stephen King for showing me that people have feelings, thoughts, and behaviors that weren't so different than mine.
This Book made me feel...
Like-minded with another person in the world.
The author of this Book...
Is Stephen King. I don't need to add anything to that!
I recommend this Book because...
Mr. King has a wonderful way of painting scenes and portraying characters.
I don't recommend this Book because...
What? You're kidding, right?
Further Comments... | ||
"Gray Matter," "The Mangler," "The Ledge," "Quitters, Inc." "Battleground," ... Excellent stories!
