the format of the book. It takes a while to get used to it. It makes it difficult to read the book chronologically and encourages dipping in and out which means that you can miss a good deal of the information in the book which I did until I reread it.

start a journal!!! But, I can see that I know need to go back and work slowly through the book with journal in hand
