The recipes were easy to follow. They also let you know it is okay to half the recipe since many of these recipes make one generous quart. When I made a quart of their vanilla ice cream, it was nearly overflowing.



The artwork is also pleasing to the eye. It reminds me of art that I used to see when I was younger. Simple and fun.
