Summary of this Book...
A sequel to the book, "And The Crowd Goes Wild", this sports scrapbook features more of the great momments in sports (ex. Jackie Robinson crossing the baseball color line, Foreman knocking down Frazier and beoming champ) and not so great momments (ex. Mike Tyson bitting Evander Holyfield's ear, The Harding-Kerrigan figure skating saga). The book comes with 2 CDs that feature legendary announcers calling the highlighted momments featuring narration by Bob Costas.
I especially liked... | ||
Like its predecessor, this book features momments that we remember, and new ones that haven't been heard of. Listening to the CDs can bring one to goosebumps listening to that one shining momment or that one momment we'd rather forget. Don't just listen to the CDs, read the stories because they have a lot more insight as well.
I recommend this Book because...
This book is great for someone who loves sports. Before you get this one, get the first book because that has more memorable moments.
