I do recommend it if you love cats and haven't bought your 2025 calendar yet.

A few (maybe more?) years ago I saw a Terry Runyan cat calendar in Whole Foods. All the pictures were quirky and adorable Oh, how I wanted it! I couldn't get it at that time, but I did end up getting it on clearance early the next year and I loved it. I even saved my favorite page and framed it. It still hangs in my home to this day and makes me smile every time I see it.

Since then, I have become a fan of Terry Runyan and her adorable cat paintings. I've even taken two live classes with her and they were totally fun (I recommend them too). I think I own all of her books that have been published so far and I pre-ordered her new book and am looking forward to reading it.

As for this calendar, it has twelve new (at least to me) and fun and quirky cat paintings, one for each month of the year. The printer uses nice, thick paper and the stickers I put on the current month don't show through. That's important to me.

I love all of the calendar pages. I love that they are appropriate for each of the months of the year. My favorite is December's. It's adorable and hilarious to me. There's a big cat and a bunch of birds all over the cat holding mistletoe in their beaks. It doesn't say "kiss me," but it's implied. And the look on the cat's face is precious. I love it.

I can tell you that Terry puts a lot of love into her art and she really does love cats. I've seen her cuddling her cats on camera. They melt in her arms. It's adorable and hilarious. They are clean, healthy and happy looking cats. They are clearly well-loved and they love her a lot too.

So if you're in the market for a fun cat art calendar, I recommend this one.

WOW! That's three rankings in the top 40! Of course, I didn't actually know there were so many kinds of cat or watercolor calendars. I'd explore, but I already have enough calendars (I use more than the average person... if you want to know more, let me know and maybe I'll blog about it) and am really happy with this one and my other one that hopefully I will review tomorrow (hint - it's by my favorite floral artist, who I used to call my favorite artist, but now that Terry is my favorite cat artist the other artist's title changed).
