Summary of this Book...
This book is best read after her other book "Goodbye Lupus" .. her idea is that following the first book, Goodbye Lupus, should be enough for most people with autoimmune disease, but if it isn't, then the mindset and emotional activities in this second book, "Goodbye Autoimmune Disease" would take care of everyone else. Then those who can't do it on their own can sign up for her group or one on one rapid recovery groups. The books are very inexpensive compared to the groups.

The first half of this book was like what I imagine mini therapy sessions would be like. The second was testimonials (this part felt to me like a hard sell for her $3k and $6K rapid recovery programs, though I don't think she mentioned the prices in the book... but did have lots of inspiring elements). And a little FAQ at the end. I liked the first half the most.

The testimonials were worth reading to me, despite the feel of getting a sales pitch while reading. Knowing that people totally reversed their labs and had no sign of disease anymore and were living happy, symptom free lives was very encouraging.
This type of Book is good for...
People living with or loving someone who has an autoimmune disease, especially lupus, though she had testimonials from people with other autoimmune diseases too, and quite a few with multiple autoimmune diseases.
I especially liked...
The first half of the book. Some of the exercises were new and interesting to me. I liked the stories of recovery.
I didn't like...
The many testimonials claiming they never could have gotten healthy without spending thousands of dollars on the rapid recovery programs. Obviously that level of support would be beneficial if one can afford it. I didn't need it repeated what felt like 100 times.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
I really don't know lol. I was tired and went to bed.
This Book made me feel...
Pressured to try her expensive programs... but also hopeful that healing is possible. I actually think I could do it on my own (between both books' information and the free class she had out at Christmas/New Year), though it would help if she made the journal she gives in her programs available to purchasers of her book. I'm not personally ready to go all raw 100% yet but the knowledge is helpful.
The author of this Book...
"Dr. Brooke Goldner is a board-certified medical doctor and the best-selling author of Goodbye Lupus and Green Smoothie Recipes to Kick-Start Your Health & Healing. She is the creator of the Hyper-Nourishing Healing Protocol for Autoimmune Recovery and has become known worldwide for reversing Lupus in herself, and helping people reverse autoimmune diseases and get back to leaving their lives pain free and full of energy."
I recommend this Book because...
It builds on what was shared in her "Goodbye Lupus" books and has a lot of helpful and/or inspiring information.
I don't recommend this Book because...
Already mentioned, the heavy plugs for her expensive programs.
