This is an excellent, diverse collection of poems, arranged in chapters by emotion. I found some new favorites, rediscovered a couple old favorites, and was surprised at the depth of emotion some of the poems stirred in me. I think there's at least one poem in there for everyone, male or female, although the book is definitely geared towards young women. I'm really glad I read it.

People who like poetry, want to know more about emotions, want to feel emotions and understand the pain behind some people's emotions, people with open minds and hearts.

So much. My brain's still processing everything but it was a great read.

It was a powerful and emotional read.

I borrowed a copy of this book from my local library. I believe I first read about it in a magazine and recommended it to my library so I was the first to borrow it. I'm really glad I did and hope others will enjoy it too.

The illustrations were a bonus and I like that they were done by three different artists but worked well together. If I hadn't noticed the artists' bios at the end, I'd have thought it was one with a wide range of style.
