This is a great little book that expands the idea of mindfulness to "kindfulness," which is essentially mindful loving kindness. I greatly enjoyed the book and would recommend it to anyone interested in growing in either mindfulness, kindness, or both.

Be kinder, gentler and more loving in general. Of course, I wanted that before picking up the book... that's why I decided to read it in the first place.

Mostly very happy. There were a couple of stories he shared that inspired other feelings but it all supported the goal of increasing kindfulness.

"The Art of Disappearing"

Overall, it's inspiring and uplifting.
