This book is essentially Francine Jay's life philosophy, along with some tips on how to be more like her and life a minimalist lifestyle that's also light on the planet.

There are also other interesting chapters, such as how to eat lightly, stress less and more.

People considering a minimalist lifestyle or wanting to lighten their consumption for ecological reasons.

The artwork and beautiful feel of the book. Her clean slate/consolidate/curate decluttering method... though I would have liked more depth in that area.

That the book felt preachy and judgmental at times. And that so little space/depth was given to her clean slate/consolidate/curate decluttering method.

Well, the artiness of the book and some of her writing made me feel good. But parts made me feel like a little kid being scolded.

If you are sensitive to judgmental statements (unless you're a total minimalist and zero waste person already, then you'll be right in step with her).
