Summary of this Book...
This is a short little reference book by the same author of The War Of Art. Pressfield talks about resistance and how is a part of us, but not who we are as creatives. With this little book he takes you through the process of doing the work and outlines the pitfalls where resistance can find its way in. He gives advise on how to deal with it and how to come out the other side. Having faced the Beast that is resistance, you know you can do it again. You are capable. The experience does not leave you broken, it provides you with experience and the ability to overcome it in the future.
