I felt a connection to Dr. Anna Fox. The character is relatable, flawed, and very real. Because I was so wrapped up with her, I didn't see the twists and turns the way I normally do. I was actually surprised at them, which is refreshing. | ||

Although the author of this book is a man, he captured a woman's point of view very well. His writing style seems oldfashioned, but with clever plot twists and plenty of anticipation. | ||

This dark thriller captivated me from the beginning and help my attention so well that I stayed up well beyond my normal bedtime to finish reading it. | ||
