Seven year old Libby Day's mother and two older sisters are murdered one night. Her brother, Ben, has been in prison for the last twenty years, convicted of the crime, due to Libby's testimony that she saw him do it. Because she did. Right?

When Libby is desperate for cash, she meets Lyle, a man running a fan club convinced of her brother's innocence. He offers her money to talk to people who were around at the time of the murders, money to visit her brother—who she hasn't seen since the day of her testimony.

Slowly, Libby begins to question her memory, and the closer she gets to the truth, the more danger she is in.

People who love psychological, chick-grip thrillers. It's an edge-of-the-seat ride.

The action. There were new facts constantly unfolding. It kept me wondering the whole way through. It is cleverly told, from Libby's POV today, alternated with the day leading up to the murders, from various people's POVs.

There are a few horrible, gruesome scenes in this book. One involves the mutilation of a cow. It's horrific, it left me feeling really sad.

Tell people how much I enjoyed this book.

It was tense, gripping, exciting. It made my adrenalin pump toward the end.

This is the second book of Gillian Flynn that I've read. I like it better than Sharp Objects. Next, it's Gone Girl.

It's a good story, and it kept me guessing the whole way through.
