This is a meandering and beautifully written story about, what is essentially, a hippie commune in a dystopian future. The writing itself straddles the line between prose and poetry, and I believe that it is the type people will either love or hate with little in between.

People who are interested in literature from the late 1960's will find it intriguing. Those who enjoy poetry from the era might be especially fond of it. This is a classic.

To be honest, I fell in love with the language instantly, and by the time I finished the second page, I knew it would be one of my top five favorite books of all time. It is that type. The part that clinched it for me (on page 2):

Buy it and read it over and over and over and over.

It's brilliant! I recommend reading the entire story if you enjoy the language used. The story elements are confusing at first, but there is a method to the madness. Hold on tight, enjoy the ride! Everything will become clear soon enough.
