It is easy to read without a lot of technical terms and is written by three authors who have a conversation to add their points of view. Accessible language and personally engaging.

I wanted to apply some of the word tools and ideas to myself and those in my care, and let others know there is something else out there, different from the common definitions and approaches that may not be working.

It made me feel hopeful about the future and inspired to engage new approaches and give up judgments and solid points of view and opinions in order to ask questions to find what is beyond what "common" thinking says.
