Summary of this DVD... | ||
A photographer (James Stewart) is laid up with a broken leg. He gets bored and starts watching his neighbors through binoculars and telephoto lenses. He soon suspects that one of his neighbors is guilty of murder. He has a beautiful girlfriend (Grace Kelly) who helps him. Thelma Ritter is his masseuse/therapist and she offers her common sense opinions about everything. This is an Alfred Hitchcock movie.
I didn't like... | ||
the movie. I thought it was dumb and predictable. It is supposed to be a classic, but I found it to be dated.
The cast of this DVD... | ||
is a good cast with Hitchcock directing, but it still was predictable.
I don't recommend this DVD because...
I think it is overrated. The ending was a letdown and the villain was strangely comic.
