Summary of this DVD...
This was a Netflix Streaming movie. We watched it because it was recommended to us after we watched a great movie, called: Agnes Browne.

This movie wasn't very good. Martin Sheen plays a priest who is trying to bring a movie theatre to a small town in Ireland in the 1950's. The movie goes off on a tangent on how Sheen's character was forced by his uncaring parents to become a priest.

I found it sort of dull and pointless, but the setting was nice. Martin Sheen does not sound Irish to me, but whatever.
I didn't like...
the movie. I was disappointed because I loved Agnes Browne. Maybe the Netflix recommender thinks it is only the setting in Ireland that the viewer likes. I sort of like a good story for my two hour investment of time. *Thumbsdown*
I don't recommend this DVD because...
because it ws dopey, anti-Catholic and dull.
