Summary of this DVD... | ||
This is an independent film based on a true story. In the 1970's, Northern Ireland was in a State of War. This is the story of one teenager who shot and killed the brother of a young child, right in front of that child. Years later there is a Reconciliation Program and Irish TV is bound and determined to document the meeting of these two men. Liam Neeson plays the older one who shot the brother of the kid played, as an adult, by James Nesbitt. The "reality TV" stuff is quite sickening and heartless, but they reject that and end up meeting again at the scene of the crime. This was filmed in Ireland. Liam Neeson and James Nesbitt do a great job with it.
The cast of this DVD... | ||
is excellent. James Nesbitt is just as good as Liam Neeson is in this one.
I recommend this DVD because...
it is a good story and I found it interesting to watch. I ended up liking it and the way things turned out. It is a true story, after all.
