I'm a poet, aspiring novelist,devotional,and short story writer who grew up in the small town of Laurel Hill, FL, which is where my love for the written word began. Most of my childhood was spent along side my grandfather in his woodshop, listening to his stories and jokes. I would listen intently, believing his tall tales until he cracked a smile. Through him I realized the power of storytelling and most importantly, the calling God put on my life. I was inspired to pursue writing more formally and graduated from Full Sail University where I received a BFA in Creative Writing for Entertainment.
