A mom of 3 which includes a Marine; also, a grandma of a 16 month old baby boy. Hiking in the Smoky Mountains and just sitting by the ocean are the other loves in my life. Being around the military all my life (my husband is retired military, my oldest son is a Marine and I'm an Army brat), I write about military life plus the ocean and the mountains.
