I am a thirty six year old female looking to rekindle the passion I once had for the written word. I have spent the majority of my working years in the service industry and other than creating menu descriptions on chalkboards and putting in orders my career choice has left me little opportunity to write anything worthwhile. Only fear and laziness account for never doing it in my "off" time. What I am hoping to gain from this is some confidence and skill. I am certain that I have plenty to say, I just need to learn how to say it eloquently and with proper use of grammar and punctuation. If nothing else it will be fun!
