Lilia loves to write flash fiction and poetry. She is also partial to nonfiction as well doing research on a subject for a nonfiction article and/or stories. She self-published a nonfiction book, Alive and Swimming, a book for children ages 6-7; and her poetry book, Reflections, Laughter, Meditations. Her nonfiction article, Boomeranging, was published in Sacramento. Lilia studied journalism, with a minor in English. She also received a Certificate of Completion for a two-year study in Writing for Children and Teenagers.
