I'm Libby Lyon, a former Mental Health Clinician and now a Freelance Writer and Blogger based North of Boston, MA. With a graduate degree in clinical psychology, my career has been dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and their families navigate the complexities of trauma and emotional well-being. Today, my career is focused on writing informative and evidence-based mental health-related copy and blog posts.
