Born in Incirlik, Turkey one month prior to the Persian Gulf War. Raised in Texas, came of age in San Antonio. Relocated to New York City in August of 2008. Sic month financial exile in San Antonio. Returned in December of 2009, residing in Harlem. First novel and various transformations since circa 2006; entered final form and concept November 2009 - as of yet untitled - set for completion by close of 2010. Also a filmmaker; first concept film "Breaking Stones With Your Teeth" completed in first half of 2009 following struggles with creative block, anxiety disorder, and alcoholism. Other film project developing concurrently with first novel.
