Www.jrdewesse.com: J.R. Dewesse is a published author, W.E.B Dubois Honor Graduate in English from Jackson State University who also has a Master's in English with a focus in African-American literature from Tennessee State University. Awarded iUniverse's prestigious "Editor's Choice" honor for his debut novel, To Be Loved: Because it Was Forbidden, he was also selected to be a reader at the 2011 UNC Queer Studies Conference in April of 2011. Dewesse is originally from Vicksburg, Mississippi, and he currently lives in Dallas, Texas.
