I am an unpublished author-in-the-making. From the time I was small and first learned to write, there were journals and fantastical stories being scrawled by my hand, but it all fell away with crushed dreams and traumas. As I weed through the onion layers of my wounds, they've begun to heal and so, I find myself poising pen over paper (or fingers over keyboard) quite often as I document the wounding and healing of myself.
