A Bullet in Disguise



Pull the trigger.
My heart stops beating.
Stop the clock.
Savor the moment.

Your razor sharp kiss
Left scars across my lips.
Your laser light eyes
Burned holes through my chest.

Give me your hand.
I'll pull you under
To the place where
You left me to drown.

Your words shoot through my mind
like a bullet in disguise.
I had no idea I was kissing
The barrel of a loaded gun.

Pull the trigger.
My heart stops beating.
Stop the clock.
Savor the moment.
