Dancing Reflections

I'm alert as I ponder in my dimly lit den.
Reflections dance from the walls within.
A violin plays a sweet musical sound,
Soft music creates the mood I've found.

A serene state of ecstasy I'm now feeling.
My dimly lit dens reflections are revealing.
I want to live forever in this peaceful state.
Music and the dancing the candle create.

Candle has dimmed melting away the fire.
Encouraging me to write my hearts desire
I feel and ponder trying to finish this poem.
The reflections instill thoughts I've known.

My senses are still active the candle is out.
The silence intrigues me leaving no doubt.
I feel the seclusion of this darkened den.
This poem was written from feelings within.

Escape reality to explore all your feelings.
